• Embryo Medium with Pen Strep & 10 mM HEPES (50 ml)
• Methyl Cellulose, 3% in EM w/10mM HEPES (2x5 ml)
• Hank's Premix (50 ml)
• Bicarbonate (2 aliquots)
• Dried Milk (2x1.5g aliquots)
• 4 Culture Tubes with Caps
• Wood Stick Applicators
• 2 syringes with hi vacuum silicone grease
• Package for Chuck and Reida

(Our secretary will send enough copies of the Staging Series for all students to have a copy early in the year, about the time the fish get sent so they can be sent more inexpensively.)
