Siliconized pipets

Ingredients Location
Sigmacote Area M, door shelf – upper right


Directions

  1. Place disposable pipet tips down in beaker
  2. In fumehood, put 1 inch of Sigmacote (in 4C refrigerator).
  3. Cover tightly with new foil.
  4. Re-cover Sigmacote tightly (moisture ruins it)
  5. Leave in fume hood until liquid evaporates. CAUTION: Volatile (heptane)
