Pen-Strep 50 aliquots

Ingredients	Location
Streptomycin	Area M, door shelf – upper right
Penicillin	Area G, Shelf 3
Sterile water	Area D, Shelf 3

Directions

1. Fill 50-mL culture tube with sterile water (50 mL)
2. Add 5 g streptomycin & 4.2 g penicillin
3. Mix well until entirely dissolved
4. Aliquot 1 mL into 1.5-mL microcentrifuge tube 50 times & place in -20 degree C

[Combine 1mL (aliquot) w/ 1L EM for EM/PS]
