MESAB

note: We used to use SIGMA but now we're using Argent Finquel cat# C-FINQ-UE. The SIGMA tricaine had become increasingly weaker (anecdotally, various sources)

Directions

1. Add Na2HPO4 to sterile water.
2. Dissolve on stir plate.
3. Add FINQUEL to solution.
4. Check pH (~7.0-7.2). If you measured the sodium phosphate carefully, it will be the correct pH.
5. Aliquot into 30 mL bottles.
6. Store at 4 degrees Celsius.
