Ingredients	Location
HEPES	Area M, door shelf – upper left
NaOH	Area D, shelf 2

Directions

1. Combine 23.8 g HEPES & ~90 mL sterile H20
2. Correct pH to 7.2 with approximately 5+ mL NaOH
3. Fill to 100 mL with embryo medium
