0.04% Alcian/10mM MgCl2 Stain pH 7.5

To make 500 mls	Ingredients	Location
100 ml	0.2% Alcian Blue in 90% EtOH	Area A
50 ml	1M Tris pH 7.5	Area D, shelf 3
5 ml	1M MgCl2	Area D, shelf 3
326 ml	95% EtOH	Area C, shelf 4 / area A - under sink
19 ml	water	Area H, counter

For 500 mls	Ingredients	Location
0.2 g	8GX Alcian Blue	Area C, shelf 4
415 ml	95% EtOH	Area C, shelf 4 / area A - under sink
50 ml	1M Tris, pH 7.5	Area D, shelf 3
5 ml	1M MgCl2	Area D, shelf 3

Directions (for 2nd table)

1. Dissolve Alcian blue in 12 ml 50% EtOH in 500 ml bottle
2. Add rest of ingredients & fill to 500 ml with water
