Agar Dishes

Quantity Ingredients Location
1 ml HEPES Area M, door shelf – upper left
100 ml Embyro medium Area B, counter
1.2 g Bacto-Agar Area C, shelf 4


Directions

  1. Mix everything together in 200ml beaker.
  2. Microwave on medium for 1.5 min. Swirl the mixture about halfway through. It must be well dissolved.
  3. Use combitips to put the mixture into 35mm x 10mm petri-dishes. Make sure there are no cracks or bubbles.
  4. Refrigerate.
