To make 500 mls	Ingredients	Location
421 ml	95% EtOH	Area C, shelf 4 / Area A - under sink
50 ml	1M Tris pH 7.5	Area D, shelf 3
5 ml	1M MgCl2	Area D, shelf 3
24 ml	Distilled water	Area H, counter

Directions
