To make 500 mls	Ingredients	Location
263 ml	95% EtOH	Area C, Shelf 4 (extra in Area A under sink)
50 ml	1M Tris pH 7.5	Area D, shelf 3
187 ml	Distilled water	Area H, counter

Directions

1. Mix all ingredients together and stir.
