PFA made in buffer for in situ protocols

for 100 ml:

10 ml 10XPBS
90 ml sterile H2O

Preheat to 60C while stirring on heat plate

Add 4 g PFA


Heat and stir just until solution clears. Do not let heat go above 60C! pH should be about 7.4

Store 10ml aliquots at -20C
